This place is unique. It features a monument to 'human greed'—an unfinished, ruined 17-story building! The road to the beach is terrible—steep and narrow, and passing other cars is a major challenge. It's very easy to damage your vehicle. There is plenty of parking space, although the lot is unorganized. But once you get down, you’ll find a nice beach with a well-maintained restaurant. It’s worth visiting because the ‘never-completed hotel’ has blocked further urban development, so the beach is usually not overcrowded. The sea is clean. There is enough parking, depending on the day and season. The beach has soft sand, and the water is clean and enjoyable for swimming. There were 2 bars, one was told to be closed by the owners (and they just sat there, watching, keeping the toilets closed also). The other had very loud music and very dirty and smelly toilets with windows open for outsiders to see inside and no toilet paper.
