This place is unique. It features a monument to 'human greed'—an unfinished, ruined 17-story building! The road to the beach is terrible—steep and narrow, and passing other cars is a major challenge. It's very easy to damage your vehicle. There is plenty of parking space, although the lot is unorganized. But once you get down, you’ll find a nice beach with a well-maintained restaurant. It’s worth visiting because the ‘never-completed hotel’ has blocked further urban development, so the beach is usually not overcrowded. The sea is clean. Prices at the restaurant are slightly higher but still reasonable. Beach furniture...

I visited Perazića Do beach and had a very pleasant experience. The way to the beach is a bit challenging due to the steep path, but it is worth the effort. There is enough parking, depending on the day and season. The beach has soft sand, and the water is clean and enjoyable for swimming. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature, although the large building visible in one of the pictures slightly spoils the otherwise natural view. A great spot for those who love hidden and beautiful...

The water was turqiose and very beatiful. The beach has excellent parking also. But there was a red flag up, though this was not in the place where people could see actually. There were 2 bars, one was told to be closed by the owners (and they just sat there, watching, keeping the toilets closed also). The other had very loud music and very dirty and smelly toilets with windows open for outsiders to see inside and no toilet paper. Lots of rocks inside the water so pretty dangerous to swim, near the...

Avoid this beach, if you looking free beachside!!! IT IS NOT FREE BEACHSIDE! Beautyfull seaside, with an abandoned awfull big conrete building on the beach. Most of the beachside is not free (80%), cos the bar's staff on the beach send away everyone to small busy sides if not renting sunbed for 20 euros. Not fair to offer free beachside from aparments owners, if we can't use that for free. Water is very clean, stony beach.
