Beware if you're a beginner and not a local. I fell on the lift on the first time and was refused access even though I am able to. Explained I am a beginner but capable, and the old rude man refused to let me go up. I went to ask for a refund at the main office and the lady started ignoring me. I then asked to speak to a manager or someone above who can speak English. I went to the back to a room of 9 of the workers there, I explained my situation. One staff agreed on what I said but then said they don't give refunds for anything. (How does that make any sense? I'm refused access to your service in which I paid for??. Then I'd like my money back.) The rest of the staff shunned me and told me to leave. The staff are aggressive and not willing to listen. The same old man who didn't allow me up the lift came after me when I left the office. Yelling curses in montenegrin towards me, he even threatened me physically. I will be contacting their local komunalno police to report this behavior.

There is also a huge lack of organization for the lifts, no proper lines and people pushing in.

Only good people there are the ski instructors dressed in yellow or the small rental shop at the back.

Id suggest go with locals, or not at all. If I could give it a negative rating I would.

Edit : I went last week with 3 locals and got treated completely different. This time I went with 2 expat friends and got treated like trash by the ski...

The worst experience of the trip. A friend sitting in next chairlift fell down when exiting her chair. The chair dragged her for couple of meters and finnaly ended up on the rock laying still. Security was not there either to help her getting off the chair nore to help her and assess the potential injury. Upon a complain that stuff is there to make the ski lift safe we got the the answer that he was on morning brake. Also, seeing their  lack of responsibility the stuff became defensive and gave us a charade of exuses. They claimed that it was not designed for elderly people and it is her fault!!! We went with our friend to emergency for her back eximanation and was diagnosed with contusion. We were told that this happen on daily basis and are getting severly injured people. Based on my experience I would never ever recommend  going to this particular...

They sell tickets for panoramic sightseeing for 9€ per persson! They do not know how to inform passengers that the weather is bad at the top, and that it is not possible to go to the top. At the first stop in the half (nowhere) workers informing guest that it is not possible to go to the top! It is okay, but learn your employed workers that you need to inform guests about situation on the top at at the beginning, where they sell tickets and passengers will decide whether to pay 9e for a 15-minute ride for nothing! The workers at the reception claim that it is not their job to inform passengers that they sell tickets to the top, and in fact the elevator only works halfway. Good for you 🤦 - very...

Unforgettable experience! The hike to Savin Kuk (2,313 m) began with a scenic cable car ride overlooking the Durmitor massif. From there—a pleasant mountain trail, silence all around, and the wind in your hair. The summit view is breathtaking. A moment of pure freedom. Perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace at altitude. Info: Savin Kuk is one of the most accessible peaks of Durmitor, reachable by cable car and a marked trail. Good sneakers, sun protection, a long-sleeve shirt, plenty of water, and—ideally—hiking poles are all you need.
