Staff on the parking lot approached us friendly: get your ticket over there, then bus transportation to the zip line and pick up from the end of the zip line, whole procedure is done in 25 minutes Staff in the ticket office was extremely unfriendly „60 euros“ is all she said. No waiver had to be signed, no personal data collected. Note: bargain for a cheaper price, a group of 3 just paid 25 euros p/p. We paid 30 euros each. It took 20 minutes for the bus to show up and pick us up (see picture). Also the driver was very unfriendly, not speaking to us. The bus was so old that the sliding door didn’t close properly anymore. On a left turn it opened accidentally and I nearly fell out of the bus. Note: I don’t mind adventures, that’s why I wanted to do the zip line. It’s just dangerous and irresponsible. At the zip line there was no order, people standing around randomly and waiting for instructions. Gear scattered on the floor. Unfortunately there was so much wind that day, that there were long pauses between each participant. Eventually they told us they had to make a ‘wind break’. By then, the whole operation took already 1,5 hours. We decided to get back down by bus to the parking lot as we didn’t want to waste more time waiting. It took them nearly another 45 minutes to arrange a car for us (although the drive is only 5 minutes) back at the office we were refunded (miracle) but again the staff didn’t show any sympathy. Bottom line: I don’t give 1 star for the bad weather, that was only unfortunate. But the way the whole company operates is absolutely...
Read moreMixed feelings about this one. The zipline and safety is great on this ziplines and the staf around the zipline as well, but not the promoter. There are 3 ziplines here and we wanted to take a look at all of them before making the final choice. However from the moment we parked the car this guy came up to us and said that we needed to take this zipline or we cannot park there. So I explained I wanted to first see all of them. Of course he claimed that the other two were trash, but I asked him where I could park the car then. He proceeded that all the parking places were from his company (I cannot believe that) and if we stayed without doing the zipline something would happen to the car. We first decided to drive somewhere else to check which zipline to do. Still this one was the one we wanted to do so we still parked the car there. The Zipline itself was great. This one really goes to the otherside and brings you back with a truck. This one is also the longest one of them and with the...
Read moreAvoid Tara Zipline at all costs. The staff here are shockingly rude and unprofessional. I saw one of them literally yell at a customer just because she asked basic safety questions. Instead of answering, he mocked her for asking “silly” things. That’s not only disrespectful, it’s reckless when safety is involved.
Even worse, they scammed us. They forced us to go in pairs, claiming we were “too light” — which makes no sense at 75 kilos. Later, we saw people who were clearly lighter than us go solo with no issue. It was obvious they lied just to push more people through because the place was getting crowded. This wasn’t about safety — it was about squeezing money and time, regardless of customer experience.
The whole thing felt unethical, dishonest, and like daylight robbery. They don’t care about customers, they don’t care about safety, and they definitely don’t care about giving you the experience you paid for. Spend your money somewhere else — this place...
