Terrible Experience – I Will Not Return I visited Aqua Park Tamaris recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences. First, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes at the entrance just to pay because their TPE (card machine) wasn’t working, and they kept trying the same thing instead of offering alternatives or solutions.
Once inside, I asked for a locker with a key to store my phone and car keys. They told me I needed to pay 25 DH inside. Fine — but when I got to the payment point, they told me they don’t accept card, only cash. So I tried to go back to my car to get cash, and that’s when the situation got ridiculous.
They refused to let me go back to the parking area unless I waited for another person to return from the parking lot. Why do I need to wait for someone else to leave before I can go? Makes no sense. I waited 17 minutes just to access my own car.
To make things worse, an older man with white hair who seems to be in charge was extremely rude and aggressive, and all the other staff were clearly afraid of him. It honestly felt more like a prison than a water park — they even stopped my wife and wouldn’t let her leave with me. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable.
Also, food inside is overpriced and not even good. Nothing like what they advertise.
This was a very disappointing experience overall. Poor service, terrible management, and lack of respect for customers. I won’t be returning, and I strongly don’t recommend...
Read moreIf I could give this place minus 0 stars, I would. We feel disrespected in a country that calls itself a Muslim country. This place is discriminatory. You have to go half-naked, so that you can have fun with your kids. I bet they wouldn’t mind women coming topless. This place has to be boycotted. I have been to many aqua parks in the USA, Canada and so on, but we have never been asked to leave because of our swimming outfit (conservative), except this shameful place. Even in Israel, they allow Burkinis. This place uses safety as an excuse to ban Muslim swimming outfits even though Nike and Adidas are making them for Muslim consumers. These companies cannot sacrifice people’s safety, so they design the swimming outfits to meet the safety guidelines. Shame on the owners and managers!!!!! Civilization is not to uncover women or deprive people of their freedom. One day you will be swatting flies waiting for people to come to your ...place. However, we have to take some responsibility for the way they treat us because we keep returning to their place. I made it clear to my children that this place does not welcome people who remember to wear their clothes before they leave home. They are THRILLED they will get the money we usually waste in this pit hole to buy what they want. Go to Tangier, rabat, and other Aqua parks. Next summer, we are heading to places where freedom of...
