Quad Taghazout Adventure — Attraction in caïdat de Taghazout

Yesterday I joined @⁨~taghazout adventure⁩ for the mountain quad tour. From the start, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and highly professional. A short introduction explained how to handle the vehicle and follow the safety rules. During the ride, the team ensured our safety and guided us professionally on the roads. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The tour was breathtaking – mountains, landscapes, villages, and exciting terrain made it unforgettable. The highlight was enjoying tea at a beautiful estate with a pool and stunning views of the Agadir mountains. I have absolutely nothing to complain about – simply the best tour I’ve ever had and the highlight of my trip. I’m completely satisfied and will return every year. I had an incredible quad tour experience in Morocco! Unlike the typical tourist spots, this tour focused on bringing the rich history of Morocco closer to the participants. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the country's history, and they made sure to highlight the lesser-known aspects of Morocco's culture.

What impressed me the most was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the local people. Everyone we encountered along the way was kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It was such a refreshing experience to connect with the locals and gain insights into their way of life.

I had a terrible experience with their manager Dounia, always in a hurry, no warm greating, nothing. Very poor management from her side, she took the money aggressively from my hands, cause apparently she had other groups coming after, zero professionalism. When we finished no one took care of our dusted clothing we had to ask and look for the machine ourselves, cause apparently moroccans don't matter much to get the same treatment as a foreigner. the spot was very small compared to the number of people that were there. The quad, we kept driving in circles in the same area. Wouldn't recommend !!

edit: I can not reply so I will edit here, I arrived on weekday first of all, on a reservation and on time, so instead of trying to blame it on the client, work on getting more staff to manage the thousand people you get, instead of treating people...
