Horrible experience! Please DO NOT go! If I could give negative stars, I would. The place is ran down, the pricing is not aligned with the state of the facilities, the manager does not care at all. Some of the attractions like the lazy river are closed. There is only 1 small cantine for food with limited options. I wonder how such a bad water park is in anyway affiliated with the Marriott hotel next door. We arrived at 12.30 and first of all our older daughter who is a first grader, but is taller than 120 cm had to pay the adult price. 870 MAD is a complete ripoff for this place! And you have to pay extra for the towel usage! Outrageous! From 13.00 till 14.00, they close everything down for their lunch break…..! This is nowhere mentioned and was not told about it when we were buying the tickets. And when I say they close everything, I mean there is no water running down the slides, they completely stop the water pumps, so you are left looking at the facilities until they return. When I asked to see the manager about this, his response was “why didn’t you ask if we have a lunch break??”…. We have been in numerous water parks around the world and this is the first time we see this. I even tried to go to the Marriott next door and complain, but they did not let me. I called the Marriott and they told me that they cannot help. Horrible experience from start...
Read moreLovely hotel perfect for couples, families and groups. We paid about £575 per person for 5 nights including flights!! All food, snacks and drinks included we were never hungry or thirsty! It is rated as a 5 star hotel, if looking at international standards perhaps it should be rated 4 stars HOWEVER one should evaluate the price paid vs services recieved. A 5 star hotel would cost at least £1000 per person for the same duration! We would defo come here again, it's a budget priced hotel but the experience is not budget. It's of a high and good standard. The food is of great quality, after a few days it may feel a little repetitive but its still great quality and tastey. No restrictions eat as much as you'd like. The rooms are lovely, the Aquapark was great, several pools, 1 heated pool, activities throughout the day. We came with our 7 month old baby we are currently weening and he had an abundance of food choices. Fresh carrot, beetroot, cucumber juices were our babies favourite. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We came during Ramadan and can't believe how patient, humble, helpful and joyful the staff appeared to be despite fasting for hours in 37 degrees plus!!! I used the Spa and it was amazing had a Hamman and Hot Stone massage. Defo recommend this resort, includes free shuttles into town which...
Read moreMake sure to double check with ppl at the gate that you going to get what they say.
And before you pay make sure that you won't go out again because they won't let you in. as they say it's our rules and insurance policy, that I never heard about in any other country.
The guy at the gate made everything sounds easy to get what he want by telling me if you want food you can pay extra 50dh for each, We are 7 adults and 3 kids and I didn't have any issue of paying as long as we can have lunch and had fun.
The moment i pay 1600dh we all got in. I went to ask at the entrances of the hotel about the buffet. the other guys inside told me you can not access the hotel because you are not staying in. I told them I'm here for the aqua park and I want to access the buffet and im happy to pay what ever you charge. They come up with am other excuse the buffet is finish ,Doing all this talks and asking them to call the manager was exhausting, and I just feel like leaving the place right away. I end up order food to the table wich takes about an hour and half . All the joy we wanted to have from the place was already gone. By talking to all this ppl and wasting about 2 hours of talks . Very disappointing never go back there The management needs to be...
