Located off the coast of the North Atlantic Ocean is the Tamri National Park. This park is located in the Tamri village. This national park is a bird watchers’ paradise and also offers stunning views of the ocean. The drive along this park is believed to be quite scenic. This park is home to very rare bird species that are believed to be only surviving in Morocco including the northern bald ibis. Apart from bird-watching, fishing is another popular activity that takes place at Tamri National Park. Approximately 30 minutes north of Taghazout, which is mainly known to surfers, lies Tamri and the associated national park. Just between the village and the park lies the river Asif n'Srou. Where the road goes a long way off the coast, you can turn left and directly have several good entry points. From the river you can see the sea, but despite the immediate proximity, there is no connection between the two.
