LUDIPARC — Attraction in Marrakesh Prefecture

This place is so disappointing. I do not recommend it to anyone. Its totally a waste of money. The pool is average and we found many bugs floating in the water as well as a literal spider. The female lifeguards are friendly but their manager is passive-aggressive for no reason, as soon as we entered the pool she had us changed all our clothes due to “the material of the swimwear“ is not fit for pools ! Ive never had a similar experience ever in any pool ive went before, all of this just to force us to rent “appropriate swimwear” from them. The food is so expensive for no reason, its quality is mediocre at best. The fact that ur forbidden from bringing ur own food is borderline sadist. The chairs and cushions are paid for separately as well which dont make no sense. They dont take card payment as well which is just bad if ur someone who doesnt carry enough cash. Practically had the place to ourselves as it was not so warm (23 degrees) staff were super helpful and friendly. They were also great with our kids ( 2 and 4 year old).

J’ai récemment visité cette piscine et mon expérience a été malheureusement très décevante.

L’eau était sale, ce qui est inadmissible pour un espace public censé garantir l’hygiène des usagers.

Le comportement du personnel est également à revoir. Lorsque j’ai tenté de faire une remarque polie, la responsable m’a répondu de façon inacceptable en me disant : « Je ne vais pas me casser la tête avec toi ». Ce manque total de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients est choquant.

Les maîtres-nageuses étaient également désagréables et peu accueillantes.

Mais ce qui m’a le plus choquée 😲😲, c’est l’état des toilettes🤢🤢. Elles sont dans un état lamentable, à tel point qu’il est impossible d’y entrer, surtout quand on est accompagnée d’enfants.

Franchement, entre l’eau sale, le personnel désagréable et les installations insalubres, je ne recommande pas cette piscine. J’espère que la direction prendra ces remarques au sérieux et fera le nécessaire pour améliorer la qualité du service et des...
