Aquaparc Alpamare Saïdia — Attraction in Saïdia

Last Sunday, we visited ALPAMARE SAIDIA, and our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service at the reception was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They searched all our personal belongings, which felt invasive and unnecessary.

We had purchased our tickets online and thoroughly read their terms and conditions beforehand. Nowhere did it state that we would not be allowed to leave the pool area and return to our cars. This restriction was only communicated to us upon check-in, which was a major inconvenience, especially since we were with our kids.

Our children follow a specific diet and could not eat the fast food offered at the pool restaurant. We requested permission for them to leave the pool area to eat their own lunch, but this request was denied. We were left waiting at the reception for a long time, treated with no respect or consideration. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were rudely told that if we didn’t like the rules, we could leave and get a refund.

This whole ordeal took more than an hour, after we had already traveled a significant distance to get there. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and disrespectful treatment of customers are unacceptable. We were very disappointed with our visit and will not...

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Entry Fee

We visited Alpamare Saïdia with a group of 7 people, mostly teenagers between 12 and 16 years old. While we paid full adult prices, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

The lazy river was completely turned off, with no explanation.

One of the main slides (the white one) was filled with dirty, stagnant water, and it looked like a sewer was clogged nearby.

Many of the slides are outdated and below international safety or quality standards.

The biggest frustration was that kids were not allowed into the adult pool, even though they paid the same adult rate. This is unacceptable and feels like dishonest business practice.

We came expecting a fun and relaxing day, but we left very disappointed. For the price paid, the condition of the park and the treatment of guests is simply not acceptable. This felt more like taking advantage of tourists than offering a proper family experience.

I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves the facilities and policies — otherwise, this park is not...

Its a very nice parc but unfortunatly some off the staff where verry unpolitly unrespectfull towerd the clïents/visitors.

The whitewater course had no waterflow.

But the wavepool en slides where perfect.

The good expensive you can not take youre own food to the parc.

The cleaners are sitting all day on thete telephone. Not doing there jobs.

The stairs off the slides are vrrty dirty . But the cleanets leave them .

The staff dont bring the mats up the people need to bring the mats all up.

the service is 0.

The staff is all they acting as if they work but are only pretenfing to be working.

Exrpt for the guy up at the jellow green slides he was taking his work seriously.

And also the staff at goliath .

And also the wavepool staff doing tgeyre jobs correctly.

The food is verry bad quality 1 taco cost 70 dirham.

3 stars more they don't deserve.

Its a shame that this beautifull park is by some off the unprofessionel staff that don't want to work but sittall day especially the cleaners verry rude young boys don't want to work...
