Canoe safari vilanculos "We offer professional Canoe Safaris in the Govuro Wetlands and Waterways where you are paddled and guided in the Canoes 30km West of Vilanculos Town. The Govuro Spring River feeds the wetlands and waterways and is basically an inland fresh water delta 20km by 30km in size and is not connected to the Sea. It has crystal clear waters, with great bird life Including Black Crake, Purple Gallinule, African Darter, River Warblers, Pygmy Geese, Kingfishers, Jacanas, Cormorants, Eagles and Herons. The River is also full of fireflies, which you can experience on the evening trips as well as thousands of stars and a great sunset. We also offer taylor made safaris in 5 major rivers the Govuro, Save, Ruvue/Buzi, Pungue and the Zambezi....
