Once in a lifetime experience :) even in all the chaos. Amazing atmosphere especially on race day. It's a small town so travel is a bit if a logistical nightmare on motogp weekend. Clean bathrooms under the grand stands which is always a plus. Some travel tips if you're coming from Florence: Book a trenitalia regional train online, it's easier than trying to get a ticket at the station. Easiest destination is San Piero a Sieve, from there you can either catch a bus or take a taxi to Scarperia. We caught a taxi and were very lucky with our driver, we used him on Saturday and race day (buses don't really run on race day). Once in Scarperia be prepared for walking and lots of foot traffic. On the way back the trains are packed and people are super pushy, so it pays to be patient and wait for a train that's not so full. Trenitalia organises more trains on race day to accommodate the extra travellers.

Despite visiting many races across Europe, I had never visited Mugello. My son & I visited the famous Mugello for the full 3 days this year. We hired a motorbike in Florence & rode to the circuit (about 40mins). The roads to the circuit were great and clearly signposted. Amazingly, we found that we could park on the circuit roads or small car parks on the circuit for free. We found a great viewing only 4mins from our parking spot! From there, we could see >80% of the circuit & there was a large tv screen close by to watch the race, replays & positions. Facilities were superb & not too expensive compared to, say, Silverstone. The atmosphere, viewing, Facilities & entrance/exit using the motorbike were great even on the main race day (Sunday). Highly recommended & we will go again.

Sights are superb, the nature is amazing and the track very beautiful, but, the whole organization for MotoGp race is awful. People have to walk miles for their tickets, depending of their stands. Inside the track you can find: people, bikes, cars, caravans, motorcycles and tents, many tents, all together claiming for some space. No parking, no public transportation, no shuttles around the track for the entrance, so prepare yourselves for too much walking if you don't have a car. If you do have a car you will face the most amazing traffic ever! The roads in the area are very small with too many cars, since there's not public transportation. Hours of waiting.. Be prepared! Bring food, games, whatever. Italians are friendly and nice people and they love noise! Lot of noise. Overall, prepare yourself for a long and hard day, but also for a spectacular race. Don't forget your hat and sunscreen.

Went to watch motogp from the 58 stand. Very few facilities at this stand. No tshirt stands. Staff didn't sort out people sitting in wrong seats. Nearly a punch up on race day with people infront of us sitting in someone elses seat. No security around to sort it. So get to circuit early to get the seat you have paid for. View from stand is ok so long as you are at least 10 rows back. Lower down all those with HUGE cameras block the view of circuit. Ladies be prepared the toilets are the worst of any circuit. Free bus from Borgo train station only runs on race day and you will still have a decent walk from drop off point to circuit. On Fri & Sat either walk or pay 10 euros each way per person for taxi. Drinks/food limited at this stand and as per usual over priced. Not a circuit I would go to again. Much better out there.

Il servizio all'interno è attento e professionale. All'interno i servizi igienici vengono puliti in continuazione. L'autodromo è situato a Scarperia. Un posto incantevole. Pulito, curato, sicuro e ospitale.

Visited Mugello for the MotoGP 2018. The track is amazing. The facilities are absolutely horrible. Never have I seen such awful toilet facilities, it's like something you would expect in a third world country but even worse. Also no water was available on race day. A hole in the floor for men and women. Also there are hardly any bins which leads to terrible amounts of rubbish and broken bottles being scattered everywhere. The Italian people are rude and arrogant and tape off large areas to view the track and pitch tents everywhere so you don't even have a chance to get a decent view. This track is totally unregulated which leads to chaos. Was nice to visit but I would never go again. It's an unorganised waste ground.
