According to folklore , the name LAKE OF NO RETURN is due to aircrafts that flew over the lake during Second World War, never returned. It is also called as LOCAL BERMUDA TRIANGLE . The area is closed to CHANGLANG DISTRICT of ARUNACHAL PRADESH. The beautiful water body needs more cleaning of the surrounding area to develop it to a popular tourist attraction. Road was gravelled. One need to take a bike ride to reach the lake. They (bikers) drive to fast which is quite dangerous as many accidents...
