very very terrible !!! the accommodation and meal are terrible, just cheating your money!!!
First of all, accommodation, it is not designed to look at the starry sky. Apart from its distinctive features, i can't find any other advantages. It should be built for some years. The dilapidated shower and toilet should be scattered everywhere as soon as the water is crunchy. Mosquitoes, ants, wall tigers are flying in the room. additional 200 entrance fee is required even u stay here.
Secondly, the meals. we ordered for one night, including dinner and breakfast. Dinner is a buffet, with only four dishes. this was the worst meal I've ever had. What's more, the host of the dinner served you a beer and guava. He didn't explain in advance. He asked you for extra money when checking out! Breakfast was served only with bread slices and eggs, which could not be more than 5 Namibia dollars If you are passing by here, it should be good to go camping with braai here. but If you drive hundreds of kilometers from Windhoek, I would like to say that the starry sky in the Red Desert is also very beautiful. If there is no light outside Windhoek, the starry sky is very beautiful. If someone recommends you to praise how beautiful it is here, I would like to say that it is used by travel agencies and guides to...
Read moreSuch a pity Nam Parks has so little pride. 1. To drive there get a permit and Key from the Super Spar manager. 2. The entrance is from a manned farm gate on the south side of town (no sign post). 3. Once on the correct track you get to the cable and lock (use the key). When you finally get to the windmill and water tank ,stop time to get out the vehicle. (There looks to have been a sign once upon a time on a stone slab, but there is nothing legible on it now). 4. Scout around for the footpath, there are no signs but there were in our case some footprints in the dirt. 5. It's a 1.2km walk apparently. But the lack of any adequate signage, and our age, gave us pause and we did not do the walk. 6. N$100 wasted for lack of a trail revisit by a ranger and a tin of white paint and a...
Read moreThe quiver tree forest and giants playground are beyond spectacular and they deserve 5 stars! However, I believe the extra fees charged to view these beautiful spaces should be included in the accommodation fees. The âiglooâ accommodation was clean but with little attention given to detail and quite expensive for what was offered. We had a braai so we canât comment on the meals supplied. The drinks we bought from the shop was exorbitant compared to other venues and we left with a sad feeling that we had been taken...
