It’s interesting and amazing to see such old tree trunks, but you only really need 15 minutes to see it. It cost 900 Namibian dollars for a family of 4( 250 for adults and 200 for kids) which was a total rip off for an 800 metre walk of which you see the same thing repeatably, our guide was disinterested, and indifferent, this has been the only negative thing on our trip to Namibia so far, I would highly recommend against visiting this as it’s a total rip off and would recommend a local one(drive a bit further on) and they are half the price and have more inspiring guides. The staff here is friendly and, when I had to change my tyre, very helpful. As RSA resident you pay N$80 and as other foreigner N$250.. A tour of 800m and 1/2 hour thru 37° ahead of you. You'll see Welwitschia, some Balsawood (used to make perfume in France) and 240 - 300 mio year old (petrified) from another part of the world.. your guide will explain.. Is it worth it?...
