My wife and I went there this past Saturday evening. It was so crowded you could not find a game to play on. You had to stand near a game and wait for someone to get finished. Some people were saving the games for their friends and sometimes tied up the game and hour or more with nobody at the game. The rule is, when they are that busy you can’t play two games at the same time or hold a game for someone. At least that is what we have been told in the past. The manager made my wife leave the section because the black lady got mad because my wife was waiting on someone to finish so she could play, and she did not want my wife watching her play. That lady then started making raciest comments. That lady went and found the manager, and he was very rude, and we have no idea what that lady said to him. He dld not allow my wife to tell him her side of the story or even ask for her side. He walked her to the no smoking section and told her not to come back up to that area. And then he told her I am not going to listen to anything you have to say. I was in the back area that was very hot because the AC does not work and has not worked for a very long time, so it was easy to do that to her. She was intimidated by the his position and his size. My wife is 4’10” and he is right at 6’ tall. It was easy for him to tower over her. All the years that I have been there this is the worst manager I ever seen. We did meet him right after he started working there and he seemed like a decent manager. In my opinion I was wrong. I am not felling good about going there again because of this guy. Management is when you make decisions based on all the facts. This guy did not, and did not want the facts, and that is ether power play or dictator and not a manager. Maybe Texas will get real Casinos and have them regulated like most states and not controlled my the tribes who do not have to abide by federal regulations and hire managers that understand patrons is where the...

I would also like to say thank you to Whitney Williams for her assisting me, and figuring out how to finally write a review, lol. CeCe fir brings us cold drinks which such an infectious smile and awesome attitude.
I have enjoyed going to this casino every Friday for the last 5 weeks in a row. The machines have been great to me and my neighbor. As you may know there is a nonsmoking and enclosed smoking areas. Slots run from pennies to dollars. See time trending charts for best times any day of the week. They have a restaurant that serves steaks and other items.
Now for the best go to the cafe area. The most Friendliest person is ECHO, she goes out of her way to make sure you get the most for your money. When there was no melted cheese for nachos, they are great; she improvised and melted grated cheese for us. She certainly should be emulated by others, and I truly feel that she should be the manager of the café based off of her performance that I have personally observed over the last few months here. Echo is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and is personally vested in her job performance. It is always a pleasure to see her working in the cafe. Go and visit Echo in the Cafe and say hi you won’t be disappointed.
Try the brisket nachos and Nathan hot dogs they are soooooooo good. Pizza is ok; I wish they would bring back turkey sandwiches they were really good. Get free drinks from fountain dispenser and don’t pay for drinks at cafe unless you are a Big Winner lol.
As far as parking there is plenty. You can take a bus out of Houston if you don’t feel like driving a short hour and a half.

Sunday lost the power I had talked to couple of your employee to fix the machine because it has turned to black it shut off the machine,I have talked to many employee they keep saying they will be right with me,they I talked to customer service said same thing,then there is a guy with pony tail wearing long gray sleeve I think he is a manager or supervisor ,I asked him to helped me ba cause my bus will come soon and machine need to get fix,he said you are next,I waited and never came back,I saw him chit chatting inside the cashier office for long time and never came out of cashier office, Your casino is racist because I’m Asian I was ignore because I’m Asian,until another guy I forgot his name had passed and helped me and got print my ticket. My point here is why tell me he will be right back and he was standing inside cashier office( guy with gray long sleeve pony tailed) and never came back to me,I bring and lost a lot of money in your casino ,I deserve good service and treated same way as others,is it because I’m Asian.
I stand waited my time which I could have played and maybe won some money,my time is waisted until bus is coming. Please treat people the same way.
I will still play but remind your employees when they say they will be back they will back to help and not standing in cashier office chit chatting and forget to come back.
Treat people the same way,who knows that person is the one bringing a lot of money to your casino.
