Mani mukund sen udhyan is locally called as phulwari. This is a history site & measure for tourist attraction. Park located in western side and top of the hill of Butwal. The park area is spread in 16 bighas. Parking charge is 80 Rs Nepali paise. The garden is believed to have been constructed in the 16th century. After merged with Nepal in 1863 BS , the park & palace turned into ruins & redeveloped again later on. In the park , a swaminarayan Mukund dham i.e. memory of Nilkanth varni ji Maharaj exists & a small temple of Nilkanth varni ji & statue of Nilkanth varni ji Maharaj is inaugurated by Shri Pramukh Swami Maharaj on 29.03.2020 in collaboration with Mani mukund sen udhyan samiti, muktinath dham trust & Butwal up mahanagar palika. Loving memory of Shri Nilkanth varni Maharaj in a decent place. The garden is well maintained. Huge parking area. Nominal charges for parking. We visited Nepal after Chardham Yatra on October 23 in slack period by Alto car from Gujarat. Decided for darshan of each & every holy place such as pokhara, pulhasharam, muktinath & Pashupatinath temple etc where nilkanth varni ji Maharaj has done meditation or stay. Really we have enjoyed our religious tour without any difficulties.

This is a nice park in the western hills of Butwal City. One can drive till the entrance of the park and they charge nominal fee for parking. Entry to the park is also on paid basis and they charge NPR 50 for Nepalese nationals and NPR 80 for SAARC nationals. This is a nice place for local picnics and spend some time in woods. There is small place where few animals are kept in cage and can be seen for free. One can easily see a full view of Butwal City. One should assign minimum of 1 hour to roam in the park and get some cool and fresh air. When hungry, there is a small restaurant inside the park to get some quick bites.
