"I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Chandragiri Cable Car, and I must say it was an absolutely marvelous experience. From the moment I stepped into the cable car and it started ascending, I knew I was in for something truly special.
The cable car ride itself was smooth and comfortable, providing a sense of excitement as I slowly ascended towards the top of Chandragiri Hill. As we climbed higher and higher, the breathtaking views began to unfold before my eyes. The panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and jungles were nothing short of awe-inspiring.
At the summit, I was greeted with a mesmerizing sight—the majestic Mount Everest and several other peaks of the Himalayan range. The view was simply out of this world, and I found myself completely captivated by the sheer beauty and grandeur of the mountains. It was a humbling experience to be in the presence of such natural wonders.
Aside from the incredible mountain vistas, the Chandragiri Hill also offered a unique opportunity to immerse myself in the serene ambiance of the surrounding forests. I took a leisurely stroll along the nature trails, breathing in the fresh mountain air and listening to the sounds of nature. The tranquility of the place was truly rejuvenating and provided a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the highlights of my visit was witnessing the breathtaking sunset and sunrise from the hilltop. The colors that painted the sky during these moments were absolutely magical, creating a picturesque backdrop against the silhouettes of the mountains. It was a sight that will forever be etched in my memory.
The overall experience of the Chandragiri Cable Car was exceptional. The combination of the thrilling cable car ride, the awe-inspiring mountain views, the peacefulness of the forests, and the enchanting sunsets and sunrises made it an all-in-one experience that exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend visiting the Chandragiri Cable Car to anyone who wants to witness the beauty of Nepal's landscapes in all its glory. Whether you're a nature lover, an adventure seeker, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this place has something for everyone. It truly is a gem among the best...

Stay calm during your stay in the que. On the office days it's not so crowded, so try to go there on office days. From the bottom It takes about 10 minutes to reach the top station. while moving from the down to top, we can see beautiful view of mountains, Himalayas and the most of Kathmandu Valley. Make sure to take your seat facing to the down side (city) rather to the top side. You will only see the mountains if you are faced to top side ☺and can miss the amazing view. few people afraid to see outside or down the windows due to fear of heights. Be careful while getting on and off the car. You have to be a bit quicker but never hurry. stay calm and wait for your comfortable position only after then get on or off. Usually ladies in SARI and kids get stuck or fell down when they are in hurry. It's easy and very comfortable so just be careful and also take care of your childs.
