Mountain world Treks - and Saligram in special - were the most professional trekking company I found on the internet: Saligram always gave an immediate and most accurate reply to all questions and made some very valuable remarks and suggestions wherever possible to improve the trip!

We did Everest base camp trek Saligram organized the whole trip and set us up with a guide and 2 porters. The guide, Prakash, is a young and very energetic guy who really knows how to pay attention to the right people in a group... Both my parents were raving how good he was and how much he helped and motivated them to bring this trekking (a topper on their bucket list) to a good end!

During the trekking, everything was extremely well organized: accommodation, food as well as the overall planning (keeping in mind some flexibility that is required!!). The food was just superb: any other trekking I've done before (being in Nepal or anywhere else), you always got some food served without any real choice. On this trip with Mountain world Trek, we always received the menu and could make our own choice. It didn't even matter whether you were ordering 1 or 4 dishes... they just want to see happy and healthy customers!!

For my parents this was definitely one of the highlights in their travel career! I also look back to this trip as a remarkable experience with top quality service from Mountain world Treks.

My wife and I came back from our Annapurna Base Camp trek two weeks ago. We had wonderful time for all of our 14 days we spent there. We went on this trip by ourselves and we organized a trek through Mountain World Treks. We contacted couple of the agencies, but Saligram (company owner) responses were the most prompt and professional. He was also extremely flexible, as we made some major changes in our plans at the very last moment. During our stay in Nepal, Saligram organized from airport to till drop very well. Our guide Govinda 20 years experienced (the best one), a porter, hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara and flights, whole trekking organise superbly. Saligram was waiting for us at the airport, late at night, and invited us to the dinner with his family in his home.. We specially want to highlight the excellence of our guide, Govinda and our porter, Ramesh. During our trek we had the opportunity to see many guides, but we found that our guide, Govinda was exceptional compared to all the others guides we have seen. Govinda is kind but very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and he certainly made our trip so memorable. He is no doubt the great representative of the agency he is working for. Having made the decision to spend my holiday in Nepal this year i got recommendation form my friends to use Saligram and his company Mountain World Treks.I explained to Saligram that i wanted a bit of everything - Himalaya, Elephants and 'city culture' and thats exactly what i got. The trek was fantastic and my porter and guide were great. They encouraged me when i thought i couldn't walk anymore, ensured that i went uphill 'slowly' so as not to burn out and watched out for me the whole time. The nature, views and people are incredible and i will definitely be coming back for more trekking with Mountain World Treks. Chitwan was also fantastic and this part of the tour was again organised by Mountain World Treks. I swam with elephants which was a truly awesome experience. The accommodation in Kathmandu was also very nice and Rajan can organise for you to stay in whichever area of the city you like. As i was there during Diwali it was a bit manic and part of my trip had to be rearranged but they did this without any hassle. I was also invited to spend ceremony with Saligram's family which was a truly memorable experience and i felt honoured to be invited. All in all it was the most amazing time and Nepal is definitely somewhere everyone should visit.
