The Langtang region is easily accessible from Kathmandu, and one can complete the Langtang Valley Trek to Kyanjin Gompa in about 5/6 days, making it an excellent option for trekkers who want a relatively short but rewarding experience. The trek begins at Syafrubesi, a village in the Rasuwa District, and takes you through dense forests, traditional Tamang villages, and alpine meadows. The trek's climax is reaching Kyanjin Gompa, a small monastery that offers a spectacular view of Langtang Lirung, standing majestically against the vast Himalayan sky.
