Not too hard to climb from Kyanjin Gompa, it took us about four hours to get to the top, and we didn't need a guide as the path is obvious and there are no technical sections. You will want to watch out for signs of altitude sickness as it's 5000m and a 1200m ascent above the start point. We got away with nothing more than a headache that went when we came back down.
