Impossible to be reached by telephone and when you write them via their page and request a callback or a reply to your email there is zero response to that. Still have the email from 25th of September that I sent and nobody cared about ever. So what's the point of a "contact link"?
Regarding organizing a birthday party: you have to pay upfront regarding the amount of children that come, which is impossible to tell in advance. Normally the logic goes like this: you make a reservation for a potential number of children (say 15) then you show up with 10, because 5 cannot make it etc. Then you should only pay for 10 and not 15. Hence the process they implement makes ZERO sense. Also having to pay extra for adults (the ones that brought their children to the party and for whom it is not worth it going home again) sitting around waiting for their children makes...

The play area includes a ball-playpen, several climbing areas, trampolines, slides... The area for the smallest children is separate from the rest, as is the area for children aged 5+ years. There's the possibility for having a child's birthday party including catering and gifts for the guests.
The place includes eating areas + a little catering facility. Toilets include seats+sinks in varying hights, for children of varying lengths. There's a gender-neutral nappy changing station.
