Funzone Almere — Attraction in Almere

I wanted to give them a 1 star, however the children's had fun. My main problem with this place is that there is no light what so ever where the children's were playing. The the what older children's were bullying smaller children's and hiding in the back knowing that the parents cannot see them. Spoke to several employees regarding this including the person in charge and they did not care one bit. They could molest your child in the back where they should be playing and you would never see it because it is dark. I hope by reading this they will adress this and solve it. Friendly and helpful and service minded staff. Good coffee and fries with generous amount if mayo, though a bit on the pricy side. Lots of different things to do for the kids. The different play areas are nicely sectioned. The amount of giant legos is very generous, allowing for two big houses to be built simultaneously. It's unfortunately too dark in the play area for 4-12y. It scared my daughter (4y), especially in combination with the red lights in there. Nice indoor playground with average price for entree fee. Consumptions and food are commercial prices and you are not allowed to bring your own. Free parking and not easy to reach by public tranport. On the other hand, it is easy and safe to reach by bicycle lanes. Served frites and frikandel special were almost cold. As a customer I feel burdened to complain about it. They just warmed it up by frying the fries again, but they were not pleased and no excuse what so ever.... Lot of kids having a great time!
