Last Saturday evening at 18:45, we were picked up for a dinner cruise aboard the Soeverein, a splendid "saloon boat." From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for a delightful evening. A pianist was playing on a piano, creating a lovely ambiance that complemented the beautiful interior of the boat.

We were seated at a lovely table, offering a great view as we cruised along. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and ensured that our needs were met throughout the evening. The various courses, all freshly prepared on board, were absolutely delicious, showcasing a range of flavors that delighted our palates. To top it off, the wine flowed generously, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Amazing Experience: My husband recently passed away and the family wanted to do a canal dinner cruise with some close friends and to do a celebration of life for him in Amsterdam. Cruise with us was recommended, and I cannot say enough about the experience we had. There were 11 of us on the boat, the staff was professional and amazing. The food spectacular. There was a moment where I wanted to release flowers on the canals in honer of my husband. The captain, Arno, timed it perfectly. We were on Prinsengracht, our favorite canal, and the Westerkerk church bells were ringing in the background...emotional but fitting. They picked us up and dropped us off close to our apartment, Entrepotdok, a 2 minute walk to the dock, what a memorable and lovely evening we had...
