Wat een prachtig pareltje van een locatie. Hier kunt u verrassend veel te weten komen over de historie van wassen, strijken en textielverzorging. Een fantastische collectie van attributen en gereedschappen die nodig waren voor deze bedrijfstak. Wordt compleet gedragen door enthousiaste en gemotiveerde en vakkundige vrijwilligers. Gastvrijheid en deskundigheid staan hier hoog in het vaandel. U zult uw ogen uitkijken. Een bezoek aan dit museum is meer dan een regelrechte aanrader. De liefde en passie komen u bij binnenkomst tegemoet. Een juweeltje om...

Groots museum, kleinschalig opgezet? ... of is het een ... Kleinschalig museum, groots opgezet? Een zeer geslaagd museum wat je veel wijzer maakt over wassen, strijken, (vrouwelijke) hoofddeksels en (doop- of speciale) kleding door de laatste 5, 6 eeuwen heen. De rijke verzamelingen van eerdergenoemde onderdelen zijn ondergebracht in diverse kamers en ruimten van een oud(er) gebouw. De koffie (1x) & de vriendelijke vrijwilligers...
