Previously part of Stelling van Amsterdam, Fort Diemerdam used to be a "kustbatterij", a defensive fort with a bigass cannon. Today it's just a bunch of old bunkers, no cannon, but you can still see the structure, the rail used to push around ammo, and the place of the cannon.
