Beautiful views over the surroundings. Nice climb up. Don't go if you're afraid of heights. There are just a few parking spots but it typically doesn't get too crowded. Would be nice with a bench and some trashcans at the bottom of the tower to avoid at least some of the litter lying around.

Is leuk om even te kijken. Toren is met ruim 22m niet echt heel hoog. Dat heeft als voordeel dat je niet helemaal buiten adem boven komt, maar het uitzicht is daarmee dan ook niet heel spectaculair. Gewoon even leuk dus.

Is leuk om even te kijken. Toren is met ruim 22m niet echt heel hoog. Dat heeft als voordeel dat je niet helemaal buiten adem boven komt, maar het uitzicht is daarmee dan ook niet heel spectaculair. Gewoon even leuk dus.

Leuk herkenningspunt van het Weustag Park in Hengelo. Mooi ontworpen en een fantastisch uitzicht rondom en op de A1. Mooiste momenten zijn vroeg in de ochtend of laat tegen zonsondergang.

Opvallende uitkijktoren langs de A1, te herkennen aan zijn verroeste uitstraling. Leuk om even te beklimmen om vanaf bovenop over een groot gedeelte van Hengelo te kunnen kijken. Minpuntje is dat de prullenpakken ontbreken, er ligt wel erg veel rotzooi...
