Read moreGood place for a short walk in the forest. Excellent place to take your kids to as it has various playgrounds, duck pond, animals and spots for a picknick. A walk to remnants of the WW2 Altantic Wall is a must. This route is not very suitable for wheelchairs though.
Take the rear exit and walk into nature reserve Berkheijde, which offera various hiking trails for those who find the 4km trail in 'de pan van Persijn' too short.
