Wat een heerlijk gebied, wat een schoonheid van water, plant, dier en het heerlijke spel van zon wolken en wind.

We hebben deze tocht gelijk nog eens gemaakt en let op, het verveelt niet.

De rust, de geuren en de prachtige mensen die "hoi" roepend voorbij komen maken dit Groningse landschap compleet.

Prachtig, waterrijk natuurgebied tussen de dorpen Scharmer, Woudbloem en Harkstede. Er zijn lange fietspaden aangelegd de afgelopen jaren. Ook wandelend is het gebied goed te ontdekken. Een rijke verzameling wandelknooppunten zijn er aanwezig. Echt een aanrader om de omgeving hier...
