I think this museum is an amazing experience for the young and old!
The museum is open only once a month, so I'd recommend to plan ahead — but the visit doesn't just start and end at the door — the experience can start (and end) way outside the museum gate with a vintage bus or a 102-year-old tram picking you up at select locations in the city. 🤗
Inside you will be greeted by very friendly volunteers who will be happy to answer your questions about how the public transport worked in the days past, or even teach you how to drive an old tram or a metro train 😊. And you can learn a bit more of Rotterdam history from public transport perspective.
