If you’re fit enough to get up the steep stairs (and down again as well), you rewarded with a very nice view on the water and surrounding acre. While you make you way up the tower you’ll pass along pictures and display cases showing the kind of local fauna and flora you might spot as well as the history of the tower (spoiler: it’s the only remnant of an old village called ‘Koudekerke’ founded in the 14 hundreds, that was taken by the sea).
