TuinFlora — Attraction in Teylingen

Not satisfied with the quality of plants. Not at least for online ordering..better to visit the store and look n buy the plants.

I got very much fascinated with the variety, delivery cost,growth guarantee options. The good part is faster and low cost shipping. The delivery was timely.

The pictures are misleading. There should be plant level reviews on website. Even the website shows 4.8 rating . Unfortunately , I checked Google reviews after placing order of 70 eur. We ordered around 10 plants , got only 2 with good quality. All plants are so loosely potted and I have no hope plants are going to survive except...

Plants small one crushed and one rotten at the neck stem . Staff at customer service replied with a condescending lecture that they lknew better and everything was fine . I am a qualified gardener who has designed gardens in UK France the USA and the Netherlands I sent a photo of the plant They said not enough evidence . They repliedt with another lecture how the dutch have done this kind of storage since the 17th century. Good for them I still know poor quality plants when I see them. Well it was a test buy . Lesson learnt. I do not recommend...

I placed an order with TuinFlora for nearly €90 worth of plants, and sadly, every single one ended up in the trash. I immediately sent photo proof showing that all plants were in poor condition. At first, the company agreed to refund half of the amount, but later changed their position, stating that I could only claim a refund after one year if the plants didn’t grow.

This policy makes no sense — there’s nothing left to photograph next year, as everything is already dead. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise not buying...
