Lovely place for long forest walks. There are plenty of options, both small hiking and mountain bike trails and larger trails for horse riding.ut is easy to find and easy to park. Can be busy on the weekends, but there are plenty of trails to get some quiet time too.

Een prachtig wandelgebied met heide en bos. Het gedeelte waar wij onze stappen maakten vanaf de mbt parkeerplaats is mooi maar er zijn geen wandelroutes aangegeven. Ook is niet altijd duidelijk of je een ruiterpad of mbt route kruist of bewandeld wat soms niet prettig is voor wandelaars en fietsers/ruiters

Een fijne plek om een frisse neus te halen. Vooral richting de veenplas wordt het rustig en dat is wat mij betreft een plus.

Een prachtig wandelgebied met heide en bos. Het gedeelte waar wij onze stappen maakten vanaf de mbt parkeerplaats is mooi maar er zijn geen wandelroutes aangegeven. Ook is niet altijd duidelijk of je een ruiterpad of mbt route kruist of bewandeld wat soms niet prettig is voor wandelaars en fietsers/ruiters

Great place to visit, beautiful nature. Today we did the MTB Red Route of Den Treek. It's a very nice, not to difficult, trail. with good flow and small climbs. You need a day pass to use the MTB trails....

De MTB route gereden. Mooie route maar niet meer bijzonder dan de omliggende routes. In ieder geval het niet waard om een (duur) vignet voor te kopen om af en toe te fietsen. Hoop niet dat dit een trend gaat worden in Nederland om mensen voor elke route te laten betalen. Dit doen we ook niet voor de wandelaars. De MTB-er als nieuwe melkkoe gebruiken lijkt me wat ongepast maar wel weer...
