Noordpier near Wijk aan Zee is one of the many places along the North sea coast to have an awesome time at the beach. Many seaside restaurants where you can have a nice meal. It's land facing view is somewhat disturbing, showing the chimneys of Tata steel factories but the beach itself is wide and clean. Plenty of parking space, though during peak hours you might need to walk some distance before getting to the beach.
