Het kasteel en de hoeve dateert van de 14de eeuw. De twee ronde torens zijn vervaardigd uit  Kunradersteen.Het huidige kasteel is rond 1713 als herenhuis gebouwd. Je kunt een leuke wandeling maken rond het kasteel. Er liggen meerdere kastelen in de buurt op loopafstand zoals Terworm, Rivieren, Haeren of Puth!
