Dwingelderveld National Park — Attraction in Westerveld

Beautiful place with many paths, good for hiking and biking. I encountered 3 deers and many different species of birds. The path through a swamp (white route) was not very long, but it's still very beautiful and relaxing to be there. This is a popular area so you most likely will see other people, but everyone was super friendly and happy. I'd recommend getting proper shoes that you don't mind getting dirty, as some path segments can be very wet and muddy. A real nice national park.if you are there it feels like you are not in Holland. Discovering this place is best by bicycle. The bicycle path that crosses the field through the middle of dwingelderveld is just amazing to do. On the far right of the field there is a bird watch station. The bicycle trail that runs there is very beautiful. It was named most beautiful bicycle path in 2017. You can definitely cover the whole area by bike in day.
