A hidden gem! Only carry essentials when making your way to this beautiful hidden treasure! There's a 20 minute bush walk to get there, it was muddy in parts and slippery, wear good walking shoes. Wouldn't recommend jandals or sneakers with no grip. To get there, park I the open parking area, then walk up the road away from the boats and turn right into a bush walk. It's so pretty all the wild flowers and stream. You can swim here, and everyone said it was awesome. Some people were jumping off the top of fall(not a very big one) into the water, but wouldn't recommend this if you don't go with a local as there are rocks scattered around and the water looks pretty dark so you can't see the rocks. However, having being told where to start we embarked on the walk which was initially flat and over rough terrain which got rocky as you got close. In the end we decided to abandon. You can see the falls about 200m from it and it does look great. It's not really for your general Joe Blogg touristy walk and appropriate footwear is advisable. It would pay to do this walk before the Rainbow falls which is much more accessible if you wanted...
