Honestly nothing but bad experiences each time. The first time I went, I bought 5 bags of 1KG broken cookies and they were ALL soft as if they were stale - waste of money. The last time I went, I bought a tub of cookies and went to eat them a couple of weeks later to see that they had expired - they weren’t discounted or anything, just short shelf life so that was disappointing. Anyways overall it is pretty super overpriced. It is cheaper to buy the 9 pack of large cookies from the supermarket than to buy it here, or even cheaper to buy the 9 pack than to buy the broken cookies. Supermarket is a lot cheaper for more product so don’t be fooled ! I tried contacting the customer service via email for my last incident but never heard back either....

Visited thw bakery store. Directions from carpark to bakery are clear.
There are some photo points outside the bakery - some statues, sculptures, furniture and history about the brand.
Apart from selling cookies, the bakery had claw machines, and a toy car for kids to play.
The cookie imperfections are cookies that were made as nicely and are sold at a discounted price. We bought some of those and some of them in the nice cookie jar.
Wished they had a little more variety and design and more merchanise but still worth the trip to buy some souvenir snacks from NZ...
Read moreWe dropped in for a cookie or two and ended up buying two shopping bags of them. For the kids, of course! These guys make the most amazing cookies I have eaten. The young lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful with a delightful sense of humour. The shop is well laid out with lovely fresh cookies and souvenirs. If you get carried away like I did, they even have their own branded bags to let you carry more. The shop is accessible and sells factory fresh products. It is right beside the main road South and has plenty of off road parking....
