Paintball Central — Attraction in Cromwell Community

The field is ok. Protection gear could be a bit better around the face, but it's all ok. However, th manager of this place is a misunderstanding. After we finished the game, I left my gun on the table, and on the way to the exit, I put my mask up. The manager immediately told me to put it back down, which I did, of course. To be clear, I didn't do it on purpose, I was pumped and sweaty after the game, the game was over, no one was shooting, I forgot that I had to keep it on until the gate, took it off a couple of meters too early. Afterwards the manager took me to the side and said that I can't put the mask up until I'm outside, to what I responded that I understand, I didn't do it on purpose and I won't do it again. However, he kept going and going, how I could lose an eye, but first of all, how it could cost him 350k, losing his business, etc.. I nodded, said, how awful would it be to lose an eye and create a problem for him... but he kept going and going for a long time, so I finally said that I understood. we don't have to kick the dead horse here. To which he got all puffed up and... expelled me from the next games, as apparently I wasn't treating it seriously enough. It was really weird, especially that when we were shooting, he was in the center of the field all this time WITHOUT the mask. His reaction was very unprofessional, like he expected me to cry or beg him to convince him how serious I am about this game. I'm an amateur on a day off trying to do something nice with friends, chilling, I can make a mistake (a few of my friends did the same, even during the game, we are humans!) I took responsibility for it but I'm not gonna beg some dude on a power trip to let me play. If he treats everything so personally, maybe he shouldn't be working in the service industry. And if he 'judged my character' (?) and 'decided I was unfit to play', maybe he could give me my money back? All together, it was quite a weird and...

Straight off the bat the owner Nick was super helpful he still opened even though they had no bookings for the day except for us and let us book last minute, had the field open within an hour and went as far to bring his own airsoft guns for us to try out - it was obvious his main goal was for us to enjoy our time there and have fun, even took photos for us while we were playing. Never done airsoft before so this was amazing for my group, had awesome chats and answered all our questions. Outstanding experience at the paintball facility, featuring top-notch equipment and an inviting setup. Nick, the owner, brings a mix of enthusiasm and a relaxed attitude that elevates the whole experience. I was definitely trigger-happy, going through 900 paintballs, but the open day was still an excellent value at just $85. Nick’s personal touch of cleaning masks between games added to the comfort and safety of the day. The team bonding was fantastic, engaging us with fellow participants in a memorable way. Highly recommend this for a thrilling and fun-filled day out....
