Stick with it though and enjoy the views from the road and follow the signs and eventually you will get to the falls car park where there is a picnic shelter. Once you get there, to the left there is a small toilets building and to the right you can walk a very short (20 meters) walk to the viewing platform, or you can walk further down (5 / 7 mins) to get a great view of the falls from below. This is a must visit place in the area, I mean waterfalls are very calming and enjoyable to watch and hear their water cascading down. There is a BBQ area that’s under cover and there is a good toilet block also. I’m not sure if swimming is okay well it wasn’t the stormy day we were there. There are a lot of stairs if you want to go down the bottom of the waterfall but you can see it good enough at the top which is only 20 metres from the car park.
