Excellent venue for practice hike with a bonus view! but limited track. They need to be connected to the regional tracks that link Te Mata peak otherwise ill just be crossing private land to get there.. THERE ARE FRICKEN RABBITS BREEDING like wildfire all over the hills! , the council need to get on that with a regional plan. They're all over these hills for miles its becoming an epidemic in itself. This is a great place go and see the wonderful view over Taradale, back to Napier Marine Parade, the flights coming in and looking to Te Mata Peak.
