Hawke's Bay Regional Sports Park — Attraction in North Island

The Hawke's Bay Regional Sports Park has a variety of uses. It's a lovely Park with a bike track for young kids, older kids, and adults. The younger kids bike track is set up like a road with so lights. Definitely need more parking spaces to accommodate all the vehicles . We go there every week for netball and every week we end up parking on the grass because there's never any available . The scooter area for the kids is awesome . Huge court area for the kids . Maybe more toilet facilities need to be accessible as well because there are always people queing up . Definitely enough courts for all...

Never knew this was for the general public! I have many a time driven on the motorway and look at it looming up over the houses lovingly so near yet so far! Had to go to see a specialist there and was enlightened of the track and field is open to everyone, there are reams of classes to partake in, and a cafe, with super food..and great coffees, and this is just stage one of a vision...
