Horrendous experience today at Easter Show Auckland, thanks to the ride operator in the roller coaster. My daughter went on the ride with her friends but once the first lap finished she was crying and wanted to get out. Since the game was fully stopped I told him “please I need to get her out” then he proceeded to laugh and start the game again telling me shut up and that “they will settle”. Its definitely NOT for him to decide whether she cries or not. He didn’t want to stop the game after several laps while mine and other kids were crying. I understand that he is an old man probably coming from “that” generation where feelings were fully ignored. But keep your trauma at home whenever you go to work and stay away from other peoples parenting. I want my daughter to understand that her voice matters and if she wanted to stop he should’ve just do so. Rude and disgusting person. Company should be more careful about WHO you hire to have contact...

My family of four got refused entry into one of Mahons Amusements' outdoor fairs held in Upper Hutt on account of us not having a vaccine pass. According to the Government's guidelines, operators of gatherings such as community fairs have the option to either request a vaccine pass or not. A responsible operator could have assessed appropriate risk factors to determine the need for a vaccine pass. This case clearly did not warrant it, as the gathering was out in the open, with sufficient space to allow for distancing. By turning me and my family away, this business CHOSE to discriminate against us. Instead of causing laughs, as their motto suggests, today it...

We went to the Easter show and boy were we disappointed! Some of the rides are so worn down and dilapidated it wasn’t funny. The ghost train, bumper cars, graviton in particular are a real embarrassment to your company. $68 for 50 tickets and the family will get about 5 rides. $6.50 for a bloody hotdog! What a joke, I have fond memories of the Easter show as a kid, now it’s overpriced and underwhelming for all. Shame on you running some of those rides when they are clearly past...

We attended a very small festival at Botany Town Centre, was okayish! Perhaps too small for the bigger crowd catered, were 5 rides only, couple of stand alone games and a few food trucks, Hot chips, candy floss, sugary drinks. Pretty basic, was okay 👍

Fantastic rides for a good value. Staff friendly and well organized. Great classic foods at a reasonable price. Don't listen to the anti vax reviews left on here.
