Bob's Cove is just a stunning bay. Easy/moderate trial, head down from carpark to Bob's Cove, beautiful stoney beach. Trail goes around to a small uphill lookup point that overlooks Bob's Cove & then down Lake Wakatipu & can even see the Remarkables far in the distance (when looking north east). Trail then continues to 12 Mile Delta. Trail has some good moderate hills & flats, stunning views along trail too. Running 1 hour or so (return), walking would be 1.45 or so. Lots of stoney beaches to stop & check out the views over Lake Wakatipu looking over to Cecil & Walter Peaks. Just so beautiful & pure...

It's located next to a lake where to local younguns swim, jump of stuff and relax so if you fancy a swim, bring...
