Read moreWe experienced the worst and rudest customer service ever here today. We had booked entry for 4 people via email the day before, confirmed in writing by Janet. We turned up 10 minutes prior to the tour and were rudely told that the tour was full. We had just witnessed the staff member being extremely rude to the previous customers, who had booked via phone but when they arrived were told that didnât matter they couldnât go in and âwe donât always get what we want and sometimes you have to accept that.â I tried explaining that we had booked and I had the confirmation email on my phone, but to no avail. She pretty much just shouted at me, told me to stop complaining. When I tried to book for the next tour, Janet had turned up. The rude staff member accused me and others of being abusive towards her. I defended myself saying that wasnât the case at all, nobody had âabusedâ her, I was just disappointed that we had booked and then weâre told that didnât mean anything. I showed Janet her email confirmation; to which she replied, âThatâs just the way it is.â No apology. Just rudeness and actual abuse from the staff member which was completely uncalled for and completely inexcusable. Appalling customer service. My kids went away disappointed and Iâm appalled at the way I (and others)...

Caves inside absolutely stunning, did not expect it to be this great. They had lights in there so you could see and also takes pictures. We came down there again on our way back. We stoped there cause the road was blocked due to construction and we had to wait a couple of hours. Just as we were standing there thinking what to do, the gate was opened. The lady said that they were normally closed but because of the road work they were open so people could at least get a cup of coffee. The lady recognized us from a couple of days ago. We were thankful and off course we came down for a snack and cup of coffee. There were not that many people but I think it was really special that they still opened it up, you guys have...
