What is the purpose of direct to boot pickup if the refuse to do if the workers refuse to do it?
My previously pregnant wife opted for direct to boot for groceries so that she didnāt have to get out of the car at 35 weeks pregnant to load the groceries in and the workers have always refused to load the grociers despite the app DIRECTLY telling you to stay in your car and that the workers will load the grociers
Itās fine if you donāt want to provide that service but donāt advertise and request people stay in their cars.
One worker said today āwell I didnāt know whoās was whoās, no one was coming out of their carsā when I asked if it was direct to boot or not.
This doesnāt make any sense and the customer logs which bay they are in when the pull up so the worker knows. It just seems like the workers donāt want to do it.
Itās too much hassle so we will just go elsewhere, where at least we know the service that will be getting instead of advertising something and then refusing to do it with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery large store. New to me. I took my visitor there to have a look while I did my shopping. Rather confusing, being a first visit, or even a second, but over time if the layout didn't change a lot, I could quite like it. Even the staff are still adapting to the new store. As usual, this store tries to "encourage" customers to use the self- checkout, by having few manned checkouts open. I don't use them, preferring even the short greeting from a real person. Those raised on technology and such might enjoy it, but I get no advantage from it, in the way of extra discount, even have heard of folks being asked to show their bags and receipts as they exit. If you can trust someone who doesn't work for you to process their goods, why can't you trust them not to steal? Anyway.. The store is large and well stocked and prices are no worse than other stores of the same ilk. Take a list. I find it keeps impulse buying and final sum, to a...

I placed a bottle of bubbly on the self check out shelf and as I was packing my bags I knocked it off making a loud smashing sound and spread glass and wine around. I was annoyed with myself however the staff member who come to see what had occurred was less than accommodating appearing quite annoyed with this accident. I understand it may frustrating to have to clean up but that is all part of the job I suspect. Her manner overall left me further frustrated having to replace a bottle which I had carelessly broken. I still prefer Woolworth Waimak but hope staff will remember clients don't intend to make a...
