What's not to like about our national parks. Walked to Port William from Lee Bay with my two boys. Tack to Port William is well established and maintained however I understand that from Port William onwards things get a bit boggy and wet. Part of the great walks, you certainly need to book in advance. I am of the thinking that NZers should not be paying the same rates as tourists for our own tracks and huts. Good walk and fairly good hut. Plenty to see ad photograph...
