Te Rerenga Wairua Lighthouse Walk is a 10 mins stroll to an iconic lighthouse – it's suitable for children and buggies. There is no drinking water available at Cape Reinga. Carry water with you. The nearest shop is 20 km south at Waitiki Landing. The track may not be suitable for all wheelchair users because it has steep sections.

We arrived at 6am for sunrise so did everyone else lol. Photos say it all. Beautiful place Take it easy driving there please. A few people we were following kept drifting onto the wrong side of the road.

Beautiful, unique view with wonderful nature. Place also well prepared for visitors - there are big parking, paths comfortable for trolleys and toilets.
