I made an appointment 3 days in advance and drove 1 hour. I didn't expect to be so disappointed! At 1pm on August 2, I was received by a female receptionist with tall yellow hair and green shoes. She obviously wanted to recommend their packages. We just wanted to see the environment before deciding, but she kept forcing us to provide information to her now. The information let her quote what kind of wedding is needed. Originally, we wanted to communicate with each other in our mother tongue before replying to her, so that we could express our thoughts better, so she interrupted and said that we must use English. Obviously, she was very unhappy if we didn’t speak English in our own conversation. Need to marry you? Obviously racial discrimination, they don't want to have foreign customers, the pavilion is just a small pavilion with fake grass. Also be sure to let us face the muddy construction and empty yards and say fine, I said ok and she was upset and said are you talking about averages? I just thought it was just an empty space How can I say he is really beautiful? We said that the number of people was 40-60, but she was very disgusted and said that there were not many people. In the end, she kept asking us for a quotation. I said I already knew it in the email, but she said impatiently that you must not know the price, and turned around and left! This is the most arrogant and unreasonable service industry I have encountered in so many years in New Zealand! Arrogant and hypocritical, if your native language is not English please don't come because this venue, this company will look down on you, even if you are their customer, such a bad attitude is not likely to lead to good service. The scene is really shrunk, empty and old. Don't be fooled by the photos! Form ur apply just show how arrogant you are. I never talk about we are from china but u just directly talk about "chinese community".R U sensitive to chinese? Not only us from our country said tui hills provide poor service and bad attitude to customers in secial media. We want talk clearly to the receptionist so need discuss with husband use our language and then reply by English but u just stop us when we just said 2 words. That is really rude. How u explain receptionist very disgusted and said that there were not many people and use uncomfortable tone when we talk abour the number of guests? Please earn money use nice service not...

We opted not to get the design package but it wasn't even hard to do the decor as we needed just a mninimal one due to the venue being gorgeous on its own already anyways!

The planning went smoothly and they were all very helpful and organised. Stephanie was spectacular during the planning, rehearsal, and most especially on the day. I would not have had as much fun and carefree if not for Stephanie. She literally made our day so stress free, and was there at every moment we needed anything. Even before we ask she is already there ready to hear us out. I definitely had the best day with Stephanie around. Could not have found a better host honestly

We fell involve with Tui Hills the very first visit we had. It ticked all the boxes from having a early summer wedding and knowing how unpredictable Auckland wether is, we wanted to make sure that venue we chose had an option for both wet & dry ceremony, whilst also having minimal reception decor for us to add to it. Tui Hills ticked all these boxes & more! We ended up having an indoor ceremony inside the newly renovated Glass house Nikau Pavilion and took our photos down by the garden area which is where we itinally wanted the ceremony, but we are So glad we decided to have it indoor cos it really utilises all the spaces that Tui Hills had to offer and it flowed well into Nector Room which is where we had reception! We didn't really need to add too much in terms of styling as the room was already beautiful in decor. What made Tui Hills even more beautiful was how easy it was to book and communication between the venue & us as a couple was extremely easy and quick! Days before the day Stephanie was very helpful and keeping us calm and making sure that we were across all aspects of our day. On the day itself the Stephanie and her staff did an amazing job and ensuring everyone including us & our bridal party were well looked after. The menu itself is unmatched & highly recommend everyone has the pork belly as their choice of meat! it was a hit with everyone. HIGHLY...

Okay where do I even start?! We had the most amazing wedding day here in December! We can't thank the amazing staff enough, especially Nikki in the months leading up to the day and Stephanie the day of. They are absolute angels who ensured the day ran super smoothly. We would also love to give a shout out to the waitresses, they were so friendly. The venue is beautiful, nestled amongst the bush and there are plenty of areas on site to capture stunning shots, so be prepared to have the best wedding photos. We booked our day 18 months in advance, so this meant that the pavilion was renovated before our big day. OMG it is stunning! Nikki was brilliant with her communication about the reno and the venue allowed us to visit on multiple occasions to come check it out. Between the ceremony area, the pavilion and inside, this venue creates a great flow from ceremony to cocktail hour then reception. The canapes at cocktail hour were delicious and dinner was definitely a highlight of the day. We went with the sharing platters for our wedding of 80 people, and they did not disappoint! The portions were super generous, and everyone raved about the food in the weeks following. Not to mention, they made everything halal at our request with no extra cost. If you're looking for a beautiful venue, lovely staff and delicious food then Tui Hills is the place.
