What can I say about Delta State University? In one word, a sham. In more words, a joke of an academic institution. Lecturers hardly ever come to classes, those who do barely teach what is part of the syllabus before trotting off to set whatever they feel like in the exams, members of staff are unhelpful and unnecessarily unpleasant, and don't even get be started on the living facilities! The hostels look more like prisons than a space human beings have to live. How do you compress 9 - NINE! - undergraduatesinto a room meant for 4? Said room doesn't have access to water or electricity or a clean yard, mind you, and there are so many rats and snakes and scorpions that the place looks like a damn zoo! And they even have the audacity to increase school fees every year! Is that...
