I visited this water park couple of weeks ago. Loved it there but spent most of my time capturing and making videos.
I saw it first on Instagram a year ago and added it to my bucket list. Fortunately for me, I was able to tick it off without much stress because it was easy to locate.
I wanted to visit here with friends I met in Delta, but many turned it down due to itâs âprice tagâ while my timeline wasnât in favor of others. Therefore, I went alone.
On getting there, I was amazed at the beauty of this waterpark and how it was well managed and maintained. It was a shock to me that what I saw on Instagram a year ago wasnât different from what I experienced. It was actually worth the $$$.
The ticket to the park costs 10k ($20) which you have access to every water activities (the water slides, wave pool, splash pad, and other poolsâŠ), the bar, the restaurants. It was my first time seeing a wave pool. âmore like an artificial beachâ
Iâve been to many parks and resorts in Nigeria but many lack proper management. Infact, I would rate the water park a 9/10. The 1 is for me.đ
If you would love to see this place, drop a comment and if youâve seen it before, kindly share your experience. In addition to it, kindly like, save and share so others get to see this water park.
NB: The ticket doesnât cover...
Read moreI think this is the best water park I have been to in Nigeria. Though I have not explored the country that much. Firstly I want to commend the management for a beautiful and solid structure.
Most importantly, the rough rubber edges beside the pools, thatâs great architecture. And again the set up of the slides đ is wonderful. I love how far they work to make sure all parts of that water is neat on every opening day.
Thatâs recommendable. I would love to visit again.
Life guards is also at work. Let me sincerely talk about the security of the area. They did a great work there. I see soldiers on uniform at the entrance and other personnel inside. There is security locker for your belongings and you lock with approved code, consisting of 3 numbers. Make sure you are coming there with your loved ones, so that it will be fun truly because everyone there have someone with. Itâs just a little observation. I think their food is super good, especially their jollof rice. I really enjoy every part of that location. I recommend you should go there and create beautiful memories. Let me appreciate the workers there for their good service at work. Their manner while talking to someone is commendable. And their ability to assist whenever you asked for assistance. In the summary of the whole thing, I think it worth my time...
Read moreI had the fun of my life here and take my word for it, it was worth the cost and more beautiful than the photos. It is in Agbor and off Asaba, a large modern facility with the biggest wave pool in West Africa. There are bar and restaurant in house, no edible or drinks are allowed from outside. The foods were tasty. You get an electronic hand band at the entry point which gives you access to the facility and also used as your digital wallet inside the facility. I do not like how strict/rigid the staff try to be, you could be nice and more firm yet courteous. If international customers are expected, a lot of work is still needed. I wasn't impressed that there's no HSE Dept at the entry point and we weren't given any safety tips. We were 7 in a group, that should have granted us some form of discount. It was a great trip and I will come back...
